This year’s Graphic Brighton event takes place on 1st and 2nd May at the  University of Brighton,
58-67 Grand Parade, BN2 0JY

Now part of the Brighton Fringe Festival, where you can book tickets;

The Friday night sees a panel on Gay Manga, Yaoi and Japanese style art in LGBT themed comics followed by a ‘Pecha Kucha’ style presentation by a dozen local cartoonists sponsored by Myriad Editions.

On Saturday, there are seven panels to choose from on subjects such as:

Non-Visual Autism, Pregnancy, depictions of Ethnic minorities and Elderly in comics, the History of Marginalised groups in comic strips and much more.

Advanced booking advised – please note due to the style of the Fringe Box Office, if you’re coming both days, you have to book a ticket for both days even though the Friday is free!
