Tomorrow on Resonance 104.4 FM and DAB, Audio Dramatics: Robin of Sherwood and The Forest of Doom
Continuing the new hour-long series on Resonance FM in which Alex Fitch talks to creators of audio dramas that have been broadcast on radio or released on CD and mp3 download, in a bimonthly slot alternating with the Electric Sheep Film Show.
In this episode Alex talks to the producers of a pair of audio productions which revive popular fantasy franchises from the 1980s. Barnaby Eaton-Jones discusses how he reunited the original cast of Robin of Sherwood for new audio adventures that continue the adventures of both Robins and his band of renegades from the classic TV series, and Richard Fox explains how he has adapted the Fighting Fantasy series of ‘Choose your own adventure’ books such as The Warlock of Firetop Mountain and The Forest of Doom for new CD dramas the feature the likes of David Warner and Charlie Higson in the cast.
