At a conference on Zombie fiction at the University of Brighton, guest presenter Ewan Kirkland talks to Alderman about her scripts for the immersive fitness app Zombies, Run!, which adds an aural survival horror narrative to a runner’s soundtrack as they travel across the landscape. In this episode Alex chairs a panel discussion on creating immersive audio recorded at the SCI-FI-LONDON film festival, with B7 Media’s Andrew Mark Sewell and Richard Kurti, the team behind audio adaptations of Dan Dare, The Martian Chronicles and I, Robot, and Jason Haigh-Ellery, CEO of Big Finish Productions who release B7 stories on CD.

Joining them are: Christina Barsi, creator of the sci-fi narrative podcast Dimension, and Charlotte Windle Mikkelborg who produces 3D soundscapes, including the virtual reality short Born into Exile screened at the first UN Special Summit on Refugees.
